
Zigs Zesty Dip

This recipe was introduced to me when I was backpacking/climbing in the Sawtooth range in Idaho. I lived off of this dip and tortilla chips for over a week while in the backcountry. Its a great recipe for at home, car trips, campgrounds, & on the go! It is a simple but great tasting recipe with tons of nutritional values.
*Keep sealed & refrigerated (if camping, store in shade, cold rivers, or bury near camp)
Ingredients
- 1 Can of Corn (Drained)
- 1 Can of Black Beans (Drained)
- 1 Diced Tomato
- 1/2 Onion Diced
- Bundle (4-5) of Green Onions Diced
- 1 Avocado Diced
- 4 Sweet Peppers Diced
- 1/4 Cup Jalapeños Diced (optional)
- Ground Cumin
- 1 Lime
- ZESTY Italian Dressing
- Pepper (for seasoning)
- Cilantro (for seasoning)
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add cumin, cilantro, pepper, and lime to personal liking.
- Finish with ZESTY Italian Dressing. ENJOY!!
