
Savory Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

A healthy snack made for everyday adventures. This pumpkin seed recipe is a great "on the go" snack packed with nutritional values. Everyone will enjoy this snack, even the kiddos!
Enjoy this recipe as is or sweeten up your recipe with a substitute of maple syrup and brown sugar.
Ingredients
- 2-3 Cups of pumpkin seeds (shelled or de shelled)
- 1-2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoon Thyme
- 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
Preparation
- Pre Heat the oven to 325
- Dump seeds into a mixing bowl and add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to the seeds (Mix and coat)
- Add thyme, pepper, and salt and mix to coat seeds evenly
- Spread out evenly onto a baking sheet. Place in the top rack of the over and roast for about 12-15 minutes (check after 10 minutes to make sure they are not burning)
- Finally, take the seeds out of the oven and cool them on a napkin for 5 mins.
Seal up in a bag and ENJOY!
