Backcountry Butterfingers

Definitely a family and fan favorite, our "Backcountry Butterfingers" can be made at home or in the field. We took a childhood classic and added more chocolaty crunch! Enjoy this calorie dense snack anywhere!

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Reg. (Salted) Triscuits
  • Peanut Butter
  • Sea Salt
  • Chocolate Almond Bark

Preparation

  1. Prep snack by spreading 1/2 tbsp. of peanut butter between two triscuits
  2. Melt almond back (low heat) in a non-stick pan
  3. Use tongs to dip each sandwich into melted chocolate *(cover both sides good)
  4. Place on waxpaper or silicon mat & top each with a pinch of sea salt
  5. Let Butterfingers sit for 30 min to harden. Store in fridge
